  • Suggestions included increasing the prominence of “Bike Club” and emphasizing ACBC as the primary identifier.
  • Color palette remains under consideration.

Mountain Bike Logo (#2)

  • Concerns raised about complexity and reproduction at smaller sizes.
  • Several members felt the illustration appeared overly masculine.
  • Discussion included replacing the rider with more locally representative imagery such as agricultural elements.

Chain Logo (#3)

  • Strong support for its simplicity and versatility.
  • Members noted it would work well for stickers, CNC routing, merchandise, and single-color applications.

Board Transition & Leadership Planning

Discussion included:

  • Avoiding forced term limits when qualified replacements are unavailable.
  • Establishing a process for extending terms when necessary.
  • Improving recruitment efforts among active riders and trail users.

Leadership Transition Timing

Two options were discussed:

Fall Transition

  • Allows mentorship during riding season.
  • Provides opportunity for new leaders to learn trail systems before winter.

Spring Transition

Board sentiment favored a fall transition model.
